SERVING LONDON AND ESSEX

Community Transport That Actually Works

We bridge the gap in accessible travel with reliable, person-centred transport solutions tailored for our local community.

OUR MISSION

Breaking Down Barriers to Mobility

At Marcu Community Transport Services, we understand the real-life challenges that many people face when trying to access transport — especially within the autistic and disabled community, where needs are often misunderstood or overlooked.

We have built a team with direct, practical understanding of these challenges — focused on supporting individuals, families and carers navigating daily transport barriers that traditional services often fail to address.

For many people, leaving the house, attending an appointment or maintaining a routine is not simple.

We are building a transport service that removes those barriers — delivering safe, reliable journeys that help people stay independent, connected and supported.

Built on real-world transport experience, our service is designed to deliver reliability where it matters most.

Who We Support

We support — and take pride in assisting — people who are too often overlooked by traditional transport services. This isn’t just about transport — it’s about access, dignity and maintaining a connection to everyday life.

Our Services

We provide flexible, dependable transport designed around real needs — not fixed routes or rigid systems.

Health

Health & Medical

Our priority is supporting autistic and disabled individuals with transport that works around their lives — including the everyday realities faced by families and carers.

People

Social Connection

From essential appointments to daily routines, education settings, support services and community access, we ensure people can travel safely, calmly and on time.

Shopping

Daily Essentials

Every journey is carefully planned and managed — combining strong operational discipline with a clear understanding of what reliable, consistent transport requires in practice.

Working with Organisations

We work with organisations and services that require transport they can depend on — not something that might turn up.

Our focus is supporting organisations working with autistic individuals, disabled people and those with complex needs — particularly where consistency and understanding are critical.

We partner with:

  • Community organisations
  • Specialist support services
  • Day centres
  • Care providers
  • Local authorities

We understand the real impact when transport fails — especially for families and carers managing complex daily routines.

That’s why we are building a service that is consistent, responsive and built to deliver.

Safety, Trust and Safeguarding

We operate in a safeguarding-sensitive environment, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Our service is built on clear processes, strong safeguarding principles and a commitment to treating every individual with dignity, patience and respect.

This is not an add-on — it is fundamental to how we operate.

Our Operational Approach

We are building a community transport service grounded in practical, real-world experience of how transport systems operate day to day.

We understand the importance of:

01

Driver reliability

02

Consistency of service

03

Structured routing and timing

04

Calm, predictable journeys

These factors are critical for everyone — and even more so for autistic individuals and those with additional needs.

We are not trying to build the biggest transport service — we are building one that works properly.

That means starting with strong foundations: governance, operational discipline and financial sustainability.

Our approach is structured and deliberate, ensuring that as the service develops, it remains reliable, sustainable and trusted by the communities it serves.
